Please be mindful that appointments cancelled or rescheduled the day before are almost never rebooked. This is causing many lost appointment times throughout the week that other patients could have used. So we ask you to only book appointments you are certain you can attend.

We require 24 hours notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A cancellation / no show charge will otherwise be applied to your account.
